ORANGE INFUSED HONEY – SO SO JAMMY

This honey will surprise you with the intensity of orange flavour notes. We have used only unwaxed orange peel and infused it in honey over a long time and then creamed to absolute perfection.

Our favourite use for it is in mulled wine.

Simply warm up some wine in a pot (there are no wrong answers here 😉 and stir in as much Orange infused Honey as you would like.

If you fancy some baked goodies use it in for example a super healthy flapjack or sourdough bread.
