The beautiful vinegar has been created from varieties of home grown apples no longer seen in shops! These hand picked apples are grown for flavour in our friends orchards and gardens.
The vinegar pairs well with pork, it is perfect for a tarte tatin, or a wonderful dressing for a salad.
